Accepting that the days of the pandemic car selfies were no longer acceptable in our business email signatures and wanting to ‘up’ our professional game faces, our firm hired headshots.com to coordinate over 300 employee headshots. Headshots.com makes it incredibly easy for your team to coordinate and execute new, cobranded, matching, and professional headshots. From customizing background colors, and shapes to determining the level of photo editing necessary, John and his team are top-notch. I was allowed access to a dashboard where I had easy oversight and visibility of the progress of my team and their headshots. I had a dedicated contact at Headshots.com (shoutout to Tory!) who helped me with any issues we may have run into or answered any questions I may have. The total project took about one month due to the coordination necessary on my end. Still, Tory and his team were patient and prompt in meeting the expected delivery of headshots within their stated SLAs. My associates were beyond happy with their final headshots. I was referred to Headshots by the company I work for, after a recent takeover. The process to take and upload photos was very straightforward and the online tutorials were easy to follow. It took a few minutes and I was done. There were issues with some of my team due to the quality of the pictures they uploaded and some of the girls necklines needed adjusting, however, the customer service team were able to assist me and resolve the issues in a prompt manner. I want to give a special mention to the Customer Service Manager, Kathy, she was a pleasure to deal with. Overall great service and equally amazing aftercare. Highly recommend. 5 star!

The company I work for is a small remote company. We used Headshots for our website photos. We opted to have professional and personal photos. In my personal photo, I submitted the photo of me in mountaineering gear. The editor at Headshots took it upon themselves to add the reflection of mountains in my mountaineering glasses. I loved this added attention to detail. Overall, both of my photos came out looking great. The tutorial for how to get a good-looking photo was also very useful.

I was given access to headshots from a bootcamp of sorts that I am currently doing. I didn't really know what to expect when I sent in my photo to them. It was not the greatest one but they still managed to clean up the mess I sent and returned a positively awesome headshot back to me. Would definitely recommend using them!
